Symbiotic Ghost takes form from materials the artist keeps active after their intended use. Hard drives, industrial casings, and technological remnants reenter the exhibition space carrying traces of circulation and contact. These elements operate as living matter, shaped by the systems they moved through and the conditions they continue to absorb.
In this exhibition, sculptural structures grow through attachment and extension. Components link, suspend, and migrate across surfaces, following a parasitic logic that adapts and evolves through accumulation and deformation, producing forms that stay open to further transformation.
Images and materials intertwine, generating a ghostly field where technological residues behave as ecological agents. Surfaces register touch, weight, and tension. Objects act as conduits, allowing memory and material presence to circulate through altered configurations.
Symbiotic Ghost is presented as the selected solo exhibition of the Solo Show Open Call, Winter 2026, a quarterly curatorial project by Uncool Gallery, dedicated to supporting contemporary artistic practices through focused exhibitions and sustained public visibility.
An educational activation developed by the artist in collaboration with Lista Studios extends the exhibition into a participatory environment. Drawing from the project’s conceptual framework, the workshop invites participants to engage directly with the logic of ghost-like data through hands-on construction. Using familiar materials, participants explore new forms of ecological connection and movement, producing structures shaped through relation, mutation, and embodied decision-making. The activation translates the exhibition’s speculative processes into lived experience, allowing transformation to occur through collective making.
